Richard Wayne Acuff, 70, of Ottawa, passed away on Tuesday, July 2, 2024 at his home.Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 6, 2024, at the Harvest Baptist Church in Ottawa, with Pastor Paul Robinson officiating. Burial will follow at Deer Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Saturday, at the church. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Mueller Funeral Home in Ottawa.Richard was born on July 4, 1953 in Ottawa to Wayne and Mary (Hill) Acuff. He worked at U.S. Silica for 38 years. Richard married Janet Sue Leach on January 6, 1973 in Ottawa.
