Denise M. Mini Born: October 2, 1957 Died: August 20, 2024 It is with heavy hearts that we announce the unexpected passing of Denise Mary Mini, 66, of Dalzell on August 20, 2024. Despite her extended battle with Parkinson's Disease, she lived a life full of love, grace and generosity. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 11:00 AM Monday, August 26, 2024, in St. Thomas More Church in Dalzell with Father Gregory Jarzombek officiating. Burial will be in Valley Memorial Cemetery in Spring Valley. Visitation will be held Sunday, August 25, 2024, from 4 to 7:00 PM at Hurst Funeral Home in La Salle and again on Monday in the church at 10:00 AM until the time of the services. The Hurst Funeral Home is entrusted with her funeral arrangements. Denise was born in Spring Valley on October 2, 1957 to Daniel and Madonna (Lucas) Mini. She was educated at Dalzell Grade School and graduated from Hall High School in 1975. She is a graduate of Illinois Valley Community College's criminal justice program
